Unique and one of a kind items will be added to this website continuously. We fuse our hand cut glass in a glass
kiln to a temperature of 1500 degrees. Items may be fused several times to perfect the design. Each firing takes
a complete day. We anneal (cool very slowly) each piece, to provide strength and durability Every Dichroic Glass
Tile, Dichroic Glass Knob or Pull is a minimum of 1/4" in thickness and comes with your choice of finish on the
cabinet hardware. We only use the highest quality of fusing glass for all of our art.

with you to discuss your ideas and suggestions if you live around the San Francisco, East Bay Area. We will
bring samples with us so you can have the opportunity to see and feel the unbelievable beauty of Fused Dichroic
Glass. Our Fused Glass Tiles, Dichroic Glass Knobs and Pulls are displayed in stores throughout the San
Francisco, Bay Area for your convenience. If your not located in the East Bay Area, we will happy to mail you
sample pieces for your approval. You will be charged for the cost of the piece plus a non-refundable postage fee
of $2.00 per piece. When you return the piece, within 15 days of receiving it, in the same condition as we mailed it
to you, the purchase price will be refunded, less postage. We are pleased to work with you every step of the way.

| SHIPPING POLICY Shipping is available nationwide. Standard USPS Ground rates will be applied to the total order. We will send you an invoice with a total price, including postage, prior to any charges. You have an option of purchasing insurance through USPS for your order and we highly recommend it. Due to the nature of glass, we cannot be liable for items that are received damaged. We pack each order extremely well and take great pride in our product. Please examine your box for damages, prior to accepting it from USPS. If damage is showing on the box, make sure your mail person notes it on your paperwork, signs and dates it. |
